For those who are virgins in their mid 20's and beyond: are you a virgin by choice, and if so, why are you choosing to be? Do you question whether you will remain a virgin until marriage? Do you have any doubts as to your decision? (such as worrying about not meeting the 'one'? do you feel you're making a sacrifice/ struggle because of this decision? thanks!

i'm not in my 20s, but this is defenetly something i wouldn't mind answering. i'm choosing to be a virgin until i get married. mostly cause for years i've had issues with my body and i've been afraid to let any guy see that much of me. i have finally met the one and we are getting married in a few years, but even though he isn't a virgin he's ok with me wanting to wait for us to get married before i loose my virginity. he thinks my body is sacred. it's a choice and a decision to stay a virgin until i get married.. it's not a sacrifice. people find it interesting that i am still and are suprised. sex is all around, but it doesn't bother me at all. it doesn't affect me. i feel funny when my friends talk about when they have sex with their boyfriends.. but im proud to be a virgin and i will stay like that until i get married.. i've met the one and i know it

I'm 20 and I am still a virgin because I have never been in love. I don't believe in sex unless you are in love. I might wait until marriage but I won't know until I find the right guy. I don't feel I making a sacrifice because I could not live with myself if I had sex with someone I was not in love with.

i am a virgin but i have never thought i would wait to marriage, just until i met someone i really wanted to lose it to. I dont put alot of emphasis on virginity but i have always thought u should never give it away easily. I have no doubts about not waiting to marriage how would u no if u r compatible with ur husband in bed if u havnt had sex before??
