If you are talking about Sylvester Stallone in his latest Rocky movie.
To make his 6 pack look better he had it sprayed on.

Hi there, email the guy at this website and he will get you to where you want to be, if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is www.myhealthabc.com once you fill in your details then you can see the full range of products they have. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. If you just want to buy the products and not use the coaching then you can do that aswell, there is a link in there to email them so you can tell them you just want to buy and not speak to anyone. The owners will even advise you via email on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did it this way (she was more self conscious than me) and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. These guys are just great, try them.

Hmmm. This is a real hard one...but I'd have to go with stop eating 38 dollars of KFC. Eat good foods with not a lot of carbs, and calories. Go to Weight Watchers. Something. It's unhealthy for you to be that heavy.

i wager Hollywood and flicks really do bypass hand-in-hand, do not they? although some video clips are not produced in Hollywood!? I actually idea Stallone became a lot more desirable in Rambo than he became in Rocky. Rocky, to me, became overly dramatic for a boxing movie, while, Rambo had so a lot more desirable action in it. i really loved Rambo a lot more desirable than Rocky and all the sequels. There are basically one of those vast quantity of sequels that you'll do in a particular style of movie, i imagine. And at the same time as i imagine of boxing video clips, i imagine of larger human beings than what Stallone performed at the same time as he became in Rocky. And to make him seem as if he became sooo dumb really type of were given annoying after a lengthy time period, in my own humble opinion.yet each and every man or woman likes what they prefer, correct?!

All you need to do is make a decision and compromise to yourself. Eat healthy and exercise, lots of water too. Good luck!
