Have a tortilla chips with dipping sauce
Try this for the Dipping Sauce :

- Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp

Mix It all together

- Toast Bread
- Mayonaise
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Thinly sliced tomato
- Sliced Swiss Cheese (Ementall)
- Smoked Bacon/Peperoni
- Shreded Lettuce

put in order:
sliced of toast bread (spread with mayonaise), smoked bacon/peperoni, tomatoes, basil leaves, cheese and shreded lettuce, and topped with another those bread (also spread with mayo). Sometimes i also have a bit black pepper crusted mix in the mayo.

Drinks
- Diet Coke or Ice Lemon Tea will do.

For The Dinner:
Pasta...!!!!:
Fettucinne or other shapped pasta(fusilli, penne, rigatoni)
toss with desired sauce.

Tomato Sauce

- Chopped Onion 150gr
- Chopped garlic 50gr
- Dried Italian Herbs (Pregano, Thyme or Mixed Herbs) 1tspn

1st, you saute onion and garlic with olive oil, and then you add tomatoes, simmer for 3 minutes, add the herbs, and chopped basil. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. if the sauce is to dry, add water or chicken stock.

1.Spaghetti, garlic bread/toast a green salad and sundaes for dessert.
2.Shepherds pie. layered browned ground beef with onions, 1 can tomato sauce stirred in, put in a clear dish topped with a can of green, drained beans, some cheese over top then mashed potatoes on top of that with some more grated/shredded cheese. Bake 350 until cheese has melted. Salad, baked apples (core out centers and fill with cinnamon, brown sugar and chopped nuts, a dollop of butter and baked at 375 for about 30 mins.
3. Baked chicken with baked potatoes, veggies and waldorf salad. Pudding or ice cream for dessert with homemake choco chip cookies...
Pre-dinner dips: sour cream and 1 pkg of onion soup mix stirred together and serve with chips, veggies or bread sticks.
Also, a pkg of cream cheese covered with baby shrimp and cocktail sauce over it all. Again served with crackers. A big hit.
Have fun!

I dug the stems out of several large white mushrooms, carefully sauteed them in red wine and olive oil, then took them out, drained them on paper towels, let them sweat, then carefully dried them with more paper towels. Then I stuffed them with risotto. ALOT of work but well worth it, they were a huge hit at my best friend's baby shower. You could serve them as an appetizer with wine, or on the side of just about anything. Once, for a party, I made a shrimp boil with the largest fresh shrimp I could find,(clean them first and remove tails- even though shrimp looks more presentable with tails on, you don't want your guests to have to work, or to have to make those ugly little piles of trash everywhere) and those little corn on the cob and baby potatoes. Serve with lemon and lime wedges, of course. Everyone loved it!
