The best depiction of what may actually happen after the Rapture (when Jesus comes for his church) is the "Left Behind" series of books. I have read this whole series multiple times and I'm always amazed at the things that I have learned. Even though we none know when the Rapture will occur nor what the times afterward will be like this series of books gives the best examples of what may be. I can remember going to church as a child and being frightened witless by the preacher's presentation of the book of Revelation. When I read the "Left Behind" series it made it all understandable. Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins have helped a lot of people understand the Revelation and they could only have done such a fantastic job with the guidance of God himself.
To answer your question...yes, sinners can still be saved afer Jesus comes but will you survive the Rapture? Best take care of being saved now while there's still time.
If you've ever seen those bumper stickers that say "in case of Rapture this car will be unmanned" you need to realize that there will be many wrecks (don't forget the planes will also be unmanned!) and if you're not one of the Raptured then you may just die in an accident.

After the church is raptured from the earth, the book of Revelation speaks of the 144,000 that God has set aside for this specific time. So yes, it is possible to be saved during the tribulation, however, it will be very difficult for most.
Those alive on the earth at that time will be given a choice, accept the mark of the beast or be beheaded.
If one does not know Jesus before being given this choice, I doubt they will be spiritually strong (Mature) enough to
sacrifice their life for their God.
Most will take the mark of the beast.

If a person is not saved before Jesus come's for his choosen ones then anyone left behind will have to live through the times of Tribulations without taking the mark of the Beast....

Yes, you can still be saved as long you don't die before you repent or as long as you don't take the Mark of the Beast.
In Revelation, the number of martyrs that die during the Tribulation is spoken of - "...and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;"
(Revelation 5:11b)
This means that the number of those who will be saved and martyred for their belief in Christ will be incredible, so the answer to your question is a resounding "YES".

Good news - christianity is false as is all religion so no one is lost.
Bad News - no one gets saved and gets to live in the sky with dad.
Great news - Your life (here on earth) can be all that you wish it to be as long as you treat others with love and respect and work hard to accomplish your goals. LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL!

As long as a person has it in their heart to ask Jesus to forgive them, then they can be saved. There's always hope unless you're dead.
