I have this guy in my school in grade 12, im in grade 10, and I like him a lot. But the thing is that he doesn't know me. He has a class last period with my sister, but she doesn't talk to him. Anyway, I am really shy and I need some ideas of what to do to get him to notice me and be my friend.
PLease help me :(

Well, for starters you're going to encounter this problem over and over for the next so many years lol, it doesnt get easier to chat up good looking guys lol. It really depends on you personally and how much you're willing to risk. Personally I'd never make the first move even if it meant never getting the guy - if hes not interested in you enough to see you and make a move then it wouldnt be worth dating someone whos not as into you as you are them.

Sometimes it's better to stay in your on league. Do you understand that? If an older guy isn't noticing you "as you are", you don't need to do tricks to try to impress him or get his attention. There's probably some nice guy who would like to get to know you but you're too busy trying to get this guy's attention who may not be interested in you. Start noticing if anyone is interested in you and see if there could be a connection in your own grade.

Why do you like him and if you do when do you see him? Even then how often? If you never see him them its pointless... However, if you see him and if you like him all that much, LOVE HAS NO AGE! Love is blind. Try to enter a sport he's into, so he and you can relate, even though your shy, you have to do it! It isn't as hard as most people make it. If you know is name say hi in the hall and become that girl that makes his day with a hello and a smile!

Maybe drop a few items and bend-over in front of him while he helps You pick them up-?
That way You'll find out if he's REALLY a 'caring'-person or not, the fast-way too.
Smile really big at him while these things are happening,...etc.

Girl,
First thing you need to do is hook yourself up, make yourself look pretty. Have your sister give him a note saying that you are a nice girl who would like to meet him, that you think he is very cute, and write your digits down. When he gives you a call be true to yourself and don't fake it. Please don't act too girlie.

well...first i think you should know what he likes in a girl, what turns him on, what makes him notice girls, what are his likes, etc. and if you know these stuff, it'll be easier to get yourself noticed. good luck on it!
