I bathe her and clean her ears but she still smell awful. Is there something I can use to help rid her of the smell. She's so sweet but I can hardly stand to touch her.

There are several possibilities. It could be her teeth. Has she ever had them cleaned? It could still be an ear infection, even if you cleaned them. It could also be some sort of skin problem. She might need to have her anal glands expressed.
Take her to the vet and tell them what's going on. They should be able to help identify the source of the smell.

Usually if a dog smells foul even after its bath it has a skin condition (like psoriasis) or a digestive problem that can usually be corrected with treatment and medication. We suggest you take your dog to a vet and get his "stinky" condition checked out.

We use scented baby conditioner on our dog and scented baby shampoo, and he still smells while he's wet, but once he dries he smells like the conditioner!

They do make a dog deodorant powder spray, and we use that in between baths.
