I've had this for about a year now. Just an uncomfortable pain around my elbow. I'm also a quarterback, but I have no pain while throwing a football. I've had this for about a year now, and I'm going into high school next fall. I would really like to figure out what this could be before i enter high school sports.

The best thing you could have is that you could have used your elbow every day to open heavy doors, or to lean upon it while sitting in a comp chair. In short, it could be a kind of unnoticeable trauma, from overusing it every day.
Right now I feel I am leaning on my chair with the inside part of my elbow, and when I touch it I feel it sore.

What types of pitches are you throwing?

If you are throwing anything other than fastballs, then stop. Just throw fastballs. Learn to make them move, learn both a 2-seam and 4-seam fastball, but throw only fastballs. Your body simply isn't sufficiently mature to be throwing any type of a breaking pitch until you're almost out of your teens. And any coach who allows a kid to throw anything except fastballs needs to be taken to the woodshed himself.

If that doesn't help, then see your doctor and ask for a referral to a sport medicine doctor.

It sounds like it could be corporal tunnel syndrome. If it gets to bad you will need an operation. My mom use to be a very active athlete and she just had to have both arms done.
