I mean the reason people believe in God is because they have been told there is one from the moment they were kids. There is no evidence of a supreme power, it is just life happening. If you study science you understand how it happened, and yet people feel the need to believe that there is a mythological figure who's in charge

god is just an ancient answer to the greatest question ever ask. We will in time most likely discover how life started we have not been searching seriously for very long. With recent advancements it will not be to much longer, the church keeps covering up & lieing but there time & power is fading and the era of logic is soon upon us. The church will always figure out some new way to keep their power even if the ultimate truth is discovered.

No. I wonder how people cannot believe in a God. How
do they think the world got here? Big Bang? That's stupid.
We all had a Creation, because of a Creator, God. He made
it all. He has a handbook about it all called The Bible. If you
read it, it gives all the History we need to know. We had proof
because at one point God sent His Son Jesus to live on earth
as a human person to show people the way. They didn't believe
and they tortured and killed Him. He was buried. Boy were they
all surprised when He arose from the grave after 3 days. He was
seen by hundreds of people so people knew it certainly was true.
That's proof my friend. No other so-called God has arisen from
the grave after he died. He'll be back for His followers some day
in the future. Sure hope all you unbelievers become believers
before then so you won't be judged and miss Heaven.

I don't believe in God because of having been told. I know He exists. You will probably know, too. Eventually all of us will. Science can only explain what happens in the material world, but the universe we are all citizens of is not only a material creation. Look around you. Marvel at nature's wonders from the tiniest snowflake to the beautiful galaxies. Are all of these simply a coincidence? How could possibly a mechanistic unit like the material universe coincidentally "create" life, perfect geometrical shapes like the snowflake or the flowers or have rules that scientists struggle to discover. I think it's about time we started thinking "more broadly" and stopped accepting only what we can see with our physical eyes only. To conclude I was always wondering how can many people not believe in God...? I guess the answer to both your question and mine is "free will".

I guess you don't believe in air. Why do you believe in air? People have told you all your life you need it and it's readily available. You cant see it or even feel it.
IE No Evidence. Faith = believing without seeing

You have faith that air exsist. Your evidence is knowing that you can breathe therefore you live, I have faith in God because you can't explain how the earth got started. you can't explain how the BIG BANG happened. you can't explain it because our minds were not designed for this type of thought.

So the next time you wish to ask a foolish question - give it a little more thought - then DONT..

Oh there is a God. I talk to him all the time and he answers me. There is nothing mythological about it. God is real. I am 100% certain. I wish that you agreed with me so I could sleep better tonight. When everything in your life goes bad and you have nowhere to turn, remember Jesus loves you. Good day sir.

Deep in the soul of each person there is a desire to worship something. This desire was put into each of us by God. God created us to worship Him.
In the beginning God created........everything including man. Therefore God desires His creation to worship Him!!
