I sort of get the impression that the asker just wants to be complimented on their joke. So if you don't find it funny, there is little point in commenting on the joke. Just a thought!

Yes, but don't people want a high Best Answer rate too? As well as all those 2 points?

I think that the whole idea here is to comment on
the question, joke or riddle, and try to get the 10 points.
If the answer is “no”, at least an explanation as to why they answer “no”, so that maybe the writer can improve, if there is a problem with the question, joke, whatever.
The writer may think it is funny, but it may not be.. so let them know, if you are going to answer. But don’t be rude, that takes the fun out of this web site.
Instead, make a comment telling the person what you think is wrong with the joke, riddle. etc.
And, by making a comment, you are also trying for the ten points.
If you don’t get them, you at least tried and will still get the two points.
If the system was set up solely for the two points, then to answer “yes” “no” or “funny” would be appropriate.
But it is set up for ten point bonuses......
So people, go for it.

Now, to answer your question, I don’t think anyone has gotten the ten points for answering “no”..

I doubt it. I don't know how those people decide what is the best answer. I've put no and was never chosen. The only reason to comment would be to get a quick 2 points. They all add up, afterall.

If there's a point for getting the 10 points for being chosen the best answer, then there's still a poing for getting the 2 points for answering without being chosen.

I dont really care as long as some one makes me laugh every day with a good joke, & sharing mine too without posting it as a question, I get alot of best answers this way.

This guy goes to the dentists, sit in the chair & follows the promts the dentist gives him, just as he is about to start he say's to the guy, "have oral sex this morning aye!!

Guy say's a bit embarresed, why,
does my breath smell?

Dentist say's no,

do I have a pubic hair in my teeth?

Dentist say's no.

Confused how the dentist knows, he asks him how does he knows that he had oral sex?

The Dentist looks at him & say's
"you got some poop on the end of your nose"!

I did a while ago. And now at times i only receiving answers from a few of my fans. And very few of my contacts are e-mailed to me. And most of the questions are sent too late. that has been happening for few weeks. I don't mind if they correct me for doing something wrong. But tell me why! I received a violation and asked for a reply and never received one!
