Are there any side effects for urine getting in your bloodstream?

its because i tore a little bit of my pee-hole so i was worried when i urinate i would get sick.

Yes.Septicemia is one. This means that there are bacteria in your blood and they are infecting the whole system. Urine are wastes. It contains different wastes that the body produced or products that are in excess like salt, sugar. Of course, bacteria is there. Blood is a sterile component of the body..it means there is no way a bacteria or any other waste will be present.That is one reason why it is separated by vessels and tubules because it should be mixed with urine.
