how good for me would natures valley or a store brand bar be for me to have between breakfast and lunch be so that i do NOT overdo what i eat for lunch like i usually do? or would south beach diet cereal bars be better? thanks

I love the Natures Valley bars, especially the peanut butter. I definitely recommend them as a snack at work.

If you are eating the chewy granola bars, those aren't so good for you because they have high fructose corn syrup. I know the special k ones are low in calories (as mentioned above). I would just read the nutrition facts on each brand.

Hi Alex !!!
Why don't you try a yogurt and a banana??? It works for me, and is helthier!!!
Also try munching on plain pop-corn!!! Yummm!!!!
Baby carrots and yogurt, wheat crackers and swiz cheese.
Also try seedless grapes, munching on plain Cheerios, oatmeal cakes, (the type that comes in a plastic bag), just like rice cakes, one tomato, celery and plain yogurt.
Olives, wheat crackers and cheese!!! That's lunch right there!!
Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and top it with Cheddar cheese!!!!
A small can of vegetables( no need to cook), few drops of vinegar and olive oil!!! YES!!!
BON APPETITE!!!! And #s OFF!!! in a healthy way with a minimum cost!!!!
