Run out right now and stock up on alcohol and ammunition. That's what I do. It certainly discourages future visits, but the Christmas gifts kind of suck now.

How about being a loving and honoring son-in-law...she is the woman who gave birth to your wife...she invested 18 years of her life raising her, helping her to become the woman she is today....your wife. Maybe if you would give her half a chance, she is someone you could be friends with. I get so tired of immature, selfish behavior.

Just remeber what Steve Martin said Rodney, and you'll be okay:

Be courteous, kind and forgiving,
Be gentle and peaceful each day,
Be warm and human and grateful,
And have a good thing to say.

Be thoughtful and trustful and childlike,
Be witty and happy and wise,
Be honest and love all your neighbors,
Be obsequious, purple, and clairvoyant.

Be pompous, obese, and eat cactus,
Be dull, and boring, and omnipresent,
Criticize things you don't know about,
Be oblong and have your knees removed.

Be tasteless, rude, and offensive,
Live in a swamp and be three dimensional,
Put a live chicken in your underwear,
Get all excited and go to a yawning festival.

It's only 2 weeks. Be nice to your wife by being nice to your mother-in-law. Be a man.

TWO WEEKS!!! GOOD LORD!!! WHO PLANNED THAT TRIP!!!???

I don't think that you can cancel the ticket-- at least not for real, but you could certainly pretend to do it and get a good laugh out of it.

Doesn't your stomach hurt REALLY bad? I think you need a ampoloscopicaletomy... Whatever that is!!!

hahahhahahaa

No! You do your best to make sure she has a good time because she is the person who gave birth to your lovely wife. Put yourself in her shoes: she wants to see her baby and her selfish son.
