to make it a meal? I thought I read that somewhere. The protein will help me feel full longer, right? I thought I heard that you can add like 25% of the pulp back into the juice along with the protein powder to make a healthy breakfast.
ALSO, can I get several of my required servings of fruit or veggies in a single glass of juice? It was my understanding that I could...but I read one answer that said no...

Eat as much natural food as possible. Only use shakes as meal replacements and when you need some fast protein
