I'd ask some of Your male friends if they know any 'girls' that might be good 'practice' for You,.....

Once You get 'broken-in' and somewhat 'used-to' those kinds of activities, then You should have little-to-no-problem with trying to get MORE-! IMPO

Just make sure that you are being yourself when you get the nerves to talk to a girl. That saying that first impression is the most important, that is not a true saying. I'm am a shy person also and everytime I tried to talk to someone that I like or any guy I mess up so many times that I feel like a fool. My tip for you is don't worry to much just try to relax and stay cool. Things will come natural to you after a while. I wish you luck.

Practice by yourself in the mirror. Ask the kind of questions, or start conversations with yourself as practice that you might wanna have with a girl.
If you have a female cousin or friend that you can practice talking to, try that.
Then, rather than starting out your real life actions with asking for a date, try making yourself say HI! to every girl you meet at school. Or try to take up a small conversation about something in the cafeteria line with the girl in front of you.

In general, if you have practiced at home you will feel more confident in your words in real life. And as someone else in here says, she is nervous too, and so a little fake confidence might help.

Simple phrases "Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to go see that new movie with me this weekend?". Remember all she can say is 'No'. Then you reply, "ok, see ya round". And walk away calmly. Remember she can say "sure'' and then you need to be prepared with what theater it is playing at etc. and suggest times.

You will do fine!!!

Confidence and humor is the magic combo!

Just go up to a girl you like and be yourself. She's human too and not some monster looking to eat you. She has doubts, uncertainties and can get nervous just like you. However it helps if you don't seem nervous, but have command.

Best of luck!

Shy guys sleep alone until married most of the time,if they get married.
Don't be affraid of rejection; I've gotten to the point where I've rejected many women and I've been rejected;
When it comes to social encounters it's 50 / 50.

So, I made a itemizing of issues A-Z and gave slightly description approximately all of the failings that I enjoyed approximately him and he exchange into surprised. He enjoyed it. females are not the only ones who must be attentive to why they are enjoyed/enjoyed/specific. some adult males must be attentive to, too! it fairly is builds their self belief and likewise shows which you do not purely like him cuz he's amazing or in spite of. =)

Just have to remember that girls are people too. We are no different from anybody else and the worse that can happen is they say no. You never know until you try though.
