It really depends on what makes you think it is maybe this is just a case of anxiety give us all a bit more information and we can help you work things out but honestly just go see a doctor let them evaluate you it'll be a lot more helpful

Nothing wrong with letting the mask slip once in awhile as long as you don't hurt yourself or anyone else.

just don't hurt anyone. if you need to listen to really loud music that might help. find some way to relieve stress if that's what it is.
