I'm a native Spanish speaker, but it's more like Tex-Mex around here. I need to know the proper way to say "mini-blinds." I'm talking about the horizontal white blinds that you put on windows. I use "cortinas" but that's technically "curtains," I think. Thanks for any input!

Cuando tabajaba en el Home Depot en California las llamamos "minipersianas" porque "persianas" son mas gruesas o son verticales. Y tienes razon, cortinas = curtains.
