Well this guy and i just started goin' out today and wen i got home he had left a message on my cell phone and at the end of it he said "I love ya,bye". Do u think it's to early...?

No... because it was an I love YA and not an I love YOU. there is a difference he was trying to be cute not saying that he's in love with you. Dont worry about it.

Some people use "I love you" pretty freely. If it makes you feel uncomfortable tell him and hopefully he'll understand. No reason to say it back and not feel that way.
