i used to have some thing i got with mavis beacon but i lost it

generally the advice we get at work is take regular breaks doing something else and have your eyes tested just use a bit of self control watch the clock

The program I`ve got is called personal welfare.Get away from the screen preferably 10 mins after every hour,and by far the most important aspect of the regime,utilise the start/turn off
windows on screen buttons.Preserve your sanity.Mavis Beacon

I always take a 15 min break when useing a computer for longer then an hour. i useually make a coffee or nip outside for some air. Useing a wirst guard will help against RSI. On a laptop its harder but on a desktop pc its easy. Hope it helps!
