Why do Poodle dogs and other breeds get those skin cysts when they get old?

My 10yo poodle has alot of benign skin cysts and it costs me a fortune to have them removed by the Vet, why does he have them , is it a normal part of aging for some dogs?

my poodle has them also . but she ok, it is just old age, she is 9

Because they get old. Stop having them removed, they just come back.
