Yes, there is hope.

A person just has to make the step to acknowledge what happened and realize it was not their fault. Then, take steps to rehabilitate themself, counseling helps a lot.

Also, a person has a choice. You can dwell on the past and the bad that has happened, and let it rule your life and bring you down. Or, you can choose to see that all the bad things just make you stronger and that you can overcome anything that comes your way.

If it happened over for years then yes if the person (you or who ever it is) is still upset over it after all this time it's time to see a therapist and work out their problems theres more than enough hope

There is always hope. But it takes courage to work through the pain to make steps forward to recover from this. Good luck on this.

of course, there is hope for everyone. being rape must be awful experience, painfull, humiliating, simple awfull. but there are people, which are trained to help. talking to someone and going thru therapy might help.or try to find the guy who did it to you and chop his dick off, cause he doesnt deserve anything else.
