look for coupons online or in the paper. shop at a warehouse store like Costco, or Sams. Try cloth diapers. I used them back in the 80's for my kids.

let them go naked. If a newborn lay them on a diaper changing cloth. Not only do you save on diapers but they get lots of air for less diaper rash. older children can save time makeing it to the potty by not having to pull down pants. again less diaper rash

make your own from soft material from a old pair of sweat pants or something else that is soft.
