Just because Peter lived while Paul lived doesn't mean he didn't live at the same time that Jesus lived.

I am not sure what your point is but the bible makes it clear that they were alive at the same time. Paul was alive during the ministry of Jesus as was Peter.

Well, Peter wrote 1and 2 Peter around 62-64 C.E. and Paul wrote the books he did around 50-64 C.E., and Mark and Luke as well.
