I've been to the Rocky Mountains and love the wild trout streams there, but here in the mountains of southwest Virginia we have lots streams with wild trout in them and not many people know about it, which makes them better. I know of some streams that have naturally spawning Browns, Brooks, and Rainbows, with the Browns getting big even in little creeks. I won't tell you here which streams are awesome, but email me and I might tell you in person if I think you can keep valuable secrets...
I ate fresh Native Brown Trout for dinner last night.
