Have one of your friends go to the store and buy some and sneak it in in their backpack.

Your parents will find out. I

'm sure your mom when she does your laundry will notice the cat hair. Also, where is the cat pooping? I'm sure that will eventually start to smell.

Why not just tell your parents and start crying about how much you love the cat, etc. If they hear it meowing during the day or scratching at your door they will freak worse. Show some responsibility and they might let you keep it.

Good luck!

You cannot feed a cat anything other than cat food. Cats need specific nutrients to be healthy, in particularly taurin. Without it, they can lose their eyesight, among other problems. Cat food has all then nutients cats need to healthy. They cannot live off dog food or people food alone.

This does not sound like a fair situation for you kitty. Your parents are bound to find out sometime, and when they do, what will they do to the cat??

Hi there...any meat product which doesn't contain salt, garlic or onions. PLEASE no Diary and no TUNA. Tuna causes enteritis in cats and is fatal.

Consider visiting the following information which contains links and information about which human foods can be harmful to cats including Tuna: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AlspLTyy1PTpwps3UmnNHJIjzKIX?qid=20061221145427AAC4a8G

[edit] please realize that by secretly keeping a cat may be a heartbreak for both you in the long run when your cat is noticed. I know you love this cat however, if you truly want what is best for the cat consider finding a friend or someone who care for your kitty as well as love it and maybe you can go visit. When your family discovers you keeping a cat they could likely decide you have to get rid of the cat quickly which isn't the best situation for you or the cat.

[edit 2]
Cats require money to not only feed them, but they need to be spayed/neutered because when they reach sexual maturity (over the age of 5-7 months) they will spray urine to mark territory. Additionally, "ALL" cats are born with feline diseases such as feline leukemia, distemper, panleukopenia, calicivirus, etc...so they need vaccinations (like you had as a child--mumps, measles, chickenpox, rubella, etc.) to prevent them from ever becoming very sick as these feline diseases are sadly very deadly to a cat. It's so hard to hide a cat if they suddenly start spraying urine and when they become very sick which is very expensive to care if they have not received their annual vaccinations.
