Best advice: stop screwing up. Work hard at school. Get good grades. If you continue to lead a destructive lifestyle, then you'll NEVER get out of your "screwing-up" rut. I mean, what good is drinking going to do? You'll just mess up your life even more.
You're only in eighth grade, by highschool, I bet you can turn into a completely new person. If you TRULY want to change your lifestyle, you will. If you don't, then you'll just grow up (as you said) as some bum who smokes on street corners? Do you want that kind of life for yourself? Turn your life around NOW, and i PROMISE everything will get better.
(btw, i read some of your other questions too, and you really need to just sit back, take a deep breath, and turn ur life around... you can do it! =])

First go talk to your school counselor and find a way to fix some things you screwed up. Second don't drink or smoke, that will only make things worse and put you in a really bad place. My junior year in high school I realized what a screw up I was, I stop drinking and doing drugs and put myself on the straight and narrow, I stop hanging out with friends that were bad influences, I consintrated on my school work. I ran for student body. my senior year I was involved in the school I was involved in my studies, and I really was much happy.
Now is the time to turn it around, when you realize you hit the bottom, fix it, change and get more involved at school and home.

You are only in the 8th grade? Well, you've got plenty of time to turn your life around. You are so young. Start today with a fresh attitude. Take every chance you get from now on and make the most of it. If you have hurt people, tell them you are sorry. If teachers/adults don't trust you, change the way you act and eventually you will regain their trust. It may take some time. But you've got it. Read the Bible. Do you know about Jesus? He died for our sins. You can be forgiven, just ask his/our Father in Heaven.

8th grade problems seem bad in the 8th grade, but in reality you havent even begun to screw things up yet. go easy on yourself. DONT smoke, its stupid and unhealthy.DONT drink, its stupid, unhealthy and illegal at your age. talk to a counselor at school.if he/she seems like a jerk, talk to an adult you respect. believe me, i've done it all-drugs,booze (i'm 43) the thing that got me right was finding something to care about (dog) that gives me approval and love. all the other problems really will work out over time.and stay away from bible thumpers- they have another agenda.
