i got the braids by breslin dvd on weaving and didn't learn anything really. i wanna do me a curly type afro weave all over. what should i do or what dvd should i get? pls help

Your library will have books on ethnic haircare.. I think the Milady textbook of black hair care has the section on weaving..
qwik tips:
-cornrow the hair in a "halo" rows across the head...use synthetic braiding hair mixed w/ your hair for the cornrows...thats the secret...
-use the curved needles for mending heavy fabrics like upholstery....so the needle NEVER pricks the scalp...
-then add the weave trak along the cornrows...because you used the sythetic hair u do not have to weave tightly...large loops r fine..the thread MUST BE synthetic/nylon it is tougher.

i took pivot point in hair school their dvds are generally very good all though i'm not sure if you can get them outside of school. you can try amazon.com.
