i need to lose weight in 1 week (or less). is there anything i should live off of (i.e. water) for the rest of the week that will help me lose some weight (more than 3 pounds) and my luv handles? it is super important to my track team that i lose this weight. plz help...and dont be cruel about it and tell me it is unhealthy, cuz i know this, but im despret...thank you for your understanding.

Child u cant loose love handles in one week..thats just dumb 2 think that

Love handles are large deposits of fat cells collecting in an area. The only way to lose that fat is to burn it off with exercise and it wont happen in a week.

A detox or colon cleanse can rid you of 2-3 pounds easily.
Vegetables and fruits and fiber you can eat and lose weight. Avoid all sugar, soda, caffiene, fatty fried foods.

Egg white omletes are good, you just strain the yolk out, and thats most of the calories.
Fruit (Avoid juice, lots of sugar)
Peanut butter on wheat toast
All veggie salad, avoid bacon bits and olives and use light dressings
Tuna fish is good
lean fish and chicken

Some suggestions. Starving works in the long run because eventually your body wears down, but in the short term it makes your body hold on to every pound to avoid starvation.

The love handles need exercise not diet and as for losing weight fast a good way to do it is try the south beach diet routine or use Atkins for a short time.

this isnt a safe way to lose wt. in one week, by just drinking water. u can lose up to 2 or 3 lbs. by eating veggies that week, and fast walking. eat smaller meals, BUT dont stop altogather eating. and i do understand what ur trying to do.if u stoped eating, and just drank water, u could lose wt.,but ur bodys metablaism would slow down. i know its important to you and im not being cruel about it. if u. drink orange juice that week also. it will help ur body to lose the wt. i know u will do fine on ur track team, be ur self, believe in urself, and ill be praying for u. god bless

Eat healthy carbs like carrots, lettuce, and other veggies. Try doing at least 5 mins. of crunches a day to tone your abs.
