Today I have ate 3 packs of cinnamon and spice instant oatmeal, two bowls of corn flakes and 2 cups of frozen cream spanich from green giant and i just wanted to know have I ate too much to day and would it be okay if i eat a slice of pizzia.

I also want to know what would happen if i ate nothing at all tomarrow would i loose weight I want to loose five pounds fast like by the end of this week.

Depends on how many calories were in the servings. Almost everything you eat/drink has calories except water. Most of us should be eating/drinking approximately 2000 calories a day, 2500 if you are exercising a lot. Eat your pizza, you'll be fine.

If you want to look a little "tighter," try and eat nothing but meat for the next three days. No bread, no noodles, no oatmeal, no cornflakes, and no pizza...lol. This way your body won't starve, but you will process all the carbohydrates out by Friday (probably) and look a little more toned up.

To lose five pounds in three days it wouldn't be anything but water weight.

I used to wrestle, and I walked around at about 185, but I wrestled at 170. I could lose the 15 pounds in two days by not drinking water, and working out like a fien. I wouldn't recommend it though, unless you know what you're doing it can be pretty dangerous. Good luck.

Your like binge eating. You didn't eat too much if that's the way U eat. If U just don't eat for 1 day being tomorrow Ur going 2 be hungry because of the amount U are today. U have 2 cut back on Ur eating before U don't eat. There R day's I don't eat at all. Most days I only eat once. Tomorrow is Wednesday U would have to just not eat or eat very little & drink lots of water to lose that weight in 4 days. Ur age and metabolism plays a roll in this 2. Being young as I'm sure U are. U can burn it off fast. Eat small amounts is the only way. But U will gain it back if U eat everything in the kitchen every few days. Good luck.

ABSOLUTLY NOT!!!! You can not loose weight by going hungry. When you go hungry your body eats muscle for the protien. You have to eat three meals a day. Just stay away from the pastas and breads and don't eat anything for 3 hours or so before going to bed. Do some cardio to burn the calories and a piece of pizza is not going to hurt you. Watch the carbs and fill up on protiens.

No you did not eat too much. Sounds like breakfast and lunch to me...

No you will not loose weight by starving...your body will hold onto the fat even more because it goes into starvation mode.

Just eat the pizza!!!


By the way...you cannot loose 5 lbs in three days...like, ever...

drink a few prune juice, so me sprite or mt. dew. cross external at simply sweat, and ull have got to cross to the toilet. if that also dosnt paintings, use pikle juice and eart a couple of extra prunes.

I ate eggs and bacon for breakfast and for supper i had a hamburger.
