You need to value yourself a whole lot more than you do now. I'm sure it's not news that drinking "and stuff" is not good for your body or your mind, or that your parents love you and want only the best for you, or that they'll do whatever it takes to keep you safe and healthy. You matter a great deal to them; perhaps it's time for you to matter that much to yourself.

Right now, you should probably thank your parents for loving you so much - and then keep on acting in ways that will keep their trust.

Listen to your parents. They are just looking out for your best interest. In a few years, you will look back on this time period and it won't be a big deal that you weren't allowed out. I know it sounds cliche, but it's weird, the older you get, the more you realize your parents were right and the more you look back on how you thought you were so "cool" and you realize you were acting like an idiot.

You really shouldn't be drinking; thus, listen to your parents. Try to tell them that you don't want to break there trust with an unbreakable swear. If they won't listen, just mumble that you will try your best.
