if i have only 1 1/3 Cups of Bisquick how much milk do I use please help I have 2 hungry kids to feed.....

leave a little of the bisquick aside (like a tablespoon) and pour milk in very slowly till its the right consistency (thick and hard to stir but sticky) then put the rest of the bisquick so its not sticking anymore. knead it a few times and cook as directed. i never measure it.

Okay you can use water instead of milk. I sometimes make drop biscuits. I just mix some of the mix up with water to a gooey consistency. (Not quite workable), and drop by spoonfulls onto baking sheet. I also do this for strawberry shortcake, I add a pinch more sugar and then sprinkle a little more sugar on top of the biscuits before baking them.

For safety, I'd start out with a 1/4 of a cup. If that is not the right consistency, I'd go t 1/3 of a cup. I wouldn't use more than that, though.
