I guess Anac provided the most common expression.

In Mexico, you can also use:

"¡Con un demonio!"
"¡Chingado!" (curse)
"¡Chingada madre!" (a bigger curse)
"¡Chihuahua!" (G-rated, this is a disguise for "chingado")
"¡Chinteguas!" (This is also a G-rated disguise for "chingado")
"¡Me lleva!" (shorter, PG version of "Me lleva la chingada!"...the full expression is rather used to say "Well, I'll be damned!)
"¡Fregado!"
"¡Tiznado!"
"¡Con una chingada!" (curse)
"¡Con una fregada!"
"¡Diablos!"
"¡Demonios!"
