I like this guy and we hang out sometimes but sometimes when he talks i think his voice sounds retarded even though he isn't! he is amazing and then sometimes the things he does looks gay like or this screen name i have he said he likes so i thought that also was gay but i guess if you think about it, it's not. I really like him but i feel guilty for these thoughts. He knows about them and he said he doesn't care what i think about him but i don't know, i feel like i don't deserve him. What do i do? Some people tell me they don't have these thoughts about their boyfriend and some do and say it's natural. Please help! Thanks! =]

Don't do it. You will end up breaking up soon after. If you can't stand things about him now, how is becoming involved going to help?

I know that is probably not what you want to hear, but seriously... You should feel like your other half is the world to you! You should think he is so special and defend him to others who may not. How are you going to do that if you are guilty of these thoughts yourself?

It shows that you have your own concerns about entering this relationship. Why be with someone who you feel is beneath you, or gay, or anything less than your equal?

There is someone out there who is your perfect man...he's waiting for you to find him. So, don't waste your time or emotions on a relationship you already have doubts about.

Someone else will treasure this guy. Go out and find the guy you will treasure. You should know from the second you meet if he is right for you?

There are always going to be things that you get annoyed with your boyfriend over, and the grass is always going to look greener on the other side.

Don't say "do I deserve him" because that isn't really what you mean, what you really mean is "I think I'm too good for him". Perhaps you are uncomfortable with men showing sides of their personality you find to be weak or effimenate, but just because a boy is soft spoken or likes things that are typically "girly" doesn't make him gay.

The bottom line is that if you don't like your boyfriend, break up with him. If you don't like a part of his personality, ask him to try and change, but most people don't change even when they say they will.

I don't see how your screen name is gay btw.

If you really feel this guy is wonderful then he probably is. He may or may not be gay but if he isn't living a gay life style and he likes you as well... all I can say is it's better to love and loose then to never love at all. How else are you suppose to figure out who you want to spend the rest of your life with as well as who you don't. Good Luck!!

I think that you should just go along with what you think and with what ever you wanna do. So if you wanna go and ask him out, then you should just go ahead and ask him out. If you wanna tell him exactly what you just wrote, then go ahead. If you feel like you don't deserve him, think just try to think the opposite of that because whoever you like should be the person that you deserve. If you knew that you didn't deserve him but everyone said something different then I would go with everyone else. With the situation that you are in now is the situation I was in and I know how to get over it. Just try to think the opposite because you know that you deserve anything that you want.

I always tell my husband he is gay...not that he is attracted to men! Really I tell him he has an ovary and a testicle...he can clean and shop better than most women! I think its ok to have those feelings...and hey, not to bad to have a guy that's not all macho...that gets old faster. Good luck

.

Not all men that appear to be homosexual are, just because a man isin't a jock or isin't an overtly agressive prick, that doesnt mean he's gay.

Straight men can be nice guys too.

If he wants to spend more time with you, you deserve him, but if you continue to think so poorly of him, you might not want to spend time with him. Try to focus on the positive.
