I am 18 and wiegh 150lbs, also i am 6ft . i eat a ton of food and work out all the time plus i take protein shakes twice a day. all i seem to notice is that i get stronger and more cut, but no weight!!!!! I just dont know what to do???? so if anyone has any REAL advice that will help me please respond!!!!!!.

what is your goal weight?

ideas-
1.) get your thyroid check (it could be impeding your weight gain)
2.) see a nutritionist

Join a gym. There you can get Whey, a product to help you gain weight. Also, building muscle helps you gain weight and makes you feel good about yourself. Make sure you talk to the gym owner or a personal trainer.

why would you WANT to lose weight???? that's a perfect weight. BE HAPPY. but if you're so self-concious that people will call you twiggy then keep doing what you're doing MINUS the work out

Enjoy it while you can. As you age you generally tend to gain weight. If you are healthy, be happy and enjoy.

hmmm...if ur a girl that seems a healthy weight..i guess but not sure....u should try eating snacks before u go to bed...it might help

dude you are still growing,watch out for those drinks you can get gout ,i used to work out with the USbobsled team,you will gain what what you want ,you rush it you will f--up

chug protien drinks and eat like theres no tomorrow. also weight gainers may help(pills)

Be happy that you are trim. By the time you are 30 you will appreciate it. Fat is not healthy!!!!!
