Depends on the type of music you like. I'm a major rock and metal fan, so up-tempo music is the norm for me.

Personal Favorites:
Mudvayne (Especially the song "determined")
Dragonforce
Metallica
Flyleaf
Audioslave
AC/DC
Guns & Roses
Aerosmith
The Ramones

One of my favorite workouts is bringing along a playlist that has a good mix of slow and fast, and adjusting your pace depending on the speed of the song. Really livens up those longer runs.

Good luck, or as we used to say, eye of the tiger!
