Alot of people don't like following God's word. They know they are living in sin and don't want to change their lifestyle to please Him like a good Christian does, so they just choose not to believe.

Well, there is enough evidence to universally accept Jesus Christ existed, it's birth even marks the beginning and measuring of the modern era (A.C. and B.C.)
Still, the evidence to prove he was The Son of God lies only in our hearts, and we choose to accept that or not.
The Lord gave us free will, and we can do whatever we want with it. It's part of his Plan of Redemption, as we must earn our own salvation by ourselves, and it does not come cheap, as Satan is always tempting us in many ways.
So, it is this "Free Will" which gives you the freedom to choose your side. Which one should you choose? mmm... Good question! I will post it later!

What evidence? A book of fables? There is no evidence which is why people need "faith". A lot of people think faith in Christianity is the same as having faith in a rock.

Unfortunately, that question is based on the faulty premise that there is "so much evidence to support Christianity", which makes it impossible to answer realistically.
