None that are considered really effective. If you are diagnosed as Bi-polar it is best to take your medicine. The older you get without treating it the more severe it gets. Mine became so severe I started to hallucinate.

Medication is your best bet because it's a chemical imbalance.....

Exercising may help a little though. It brings you up when you're down and when you're up it calms you down. It can't hurt anyway.
