Check out the special use facilitites of the Chicago Park District. Glessner House is an historic mansion in the South Loop/Prarie Avenue District. Fulton's on the River is an interesting restaurant, as is Green Dolphin Street. The Elizabeth Cheney Mansion in Oak Park is nice, as is the Patrick Haley Mansion in Joliet. The Kane County Forest Preserves has some interesting venues. We're getting married at the Brookfield Zoo.

Bridal Expo was this past weekend. I believe there is another showcase at the Sunrise Mall in February.
