my parents are always calling me names, some examples are, loser, barney, dick head, anti socal, and so on, also they have no resecpt for me, they smoke in my face, walk into my room and snoop when i`m not home, come into my room and take what every they want.

Your parents aren't being hateful but it's not good that they call you names. What are you saying to them? Also it's their home, they have the right to come into your room and they're not snooping they're looking through the rooms of their house. Are you showing respect? Respect comes both ways.

looking through a child's room is not snooping, especially if you are not talking to them. The name calling is just awful, maybe you should talk to some one that can really help you understand why this is going on, and can help you one one.

Sit down with who ever your closest to mom or dad and let them know how you feel. My son is 16 and yes, I do snoop thru his room when I clean it, I don't know why, maybe it's because if I find (dirty mag's) I can talk to him about it...letting him know that's not the way to learn about sex. But it's never ok to call your kid nasty names.
