Very good question. First I would stir the flames of Hell and get them real hot. Then I would go surprise everyone and start taking the righteous and leaving the sinners for your silly fantasy God. Keep your million dollars the Devil don't need money. You had better watch out for your soul though. BB

Naturally I would first rig the lottery so that only the charities would win because this would really irritate lots of evil people and make them more grumpy and likely to serve me.
Then I would find lots and lots of hopeless romantics and make their current crushes fall truly madly and deeply in love with them. This would drive them to murder or suicide, both of which are good service to the devil.
Then I would provide free petrol to all. Pollution is sinful.
I would shorten the piece of metal in the toecaps of steel capped boots so that whenever you drop something on them it hits your foot just behind the steel cap.
I would rig all fuel gauges to read a little bit more than what was in the tank so people would run out just before getting to the servo. (And then demand all tow truck drivers pay me in service.)
I would blend Islam with Jehovahs Witnesses and create people who would knock on your door demanding peace at all hours of the night and threatening to be universally and vehemently nice.
I would create total World peace and an end to hunger. The boredom from this would be truly evil.
I would allow the Americans to rule the world.
NOW THAT WOULD TRULY BE THE WORK OF THE DEVIL!

I'd make a peace pact with God, then kill off every person who "kills in the name of God." After that, I'd keep a watch out for morons who think killing for God is a good idea. Stupidity is fun to watch, but there comes a point when enough is enough.

After that, I'd keep those "killers for God" boiling in oil in my warm pit of despair.

I'd still be an antagonist of God, but not to the extent which the Bible says. You can't have one without the other, and I would do the bare minimum to keep that balance of power.

Peace cannot exist without war. Good cannot exist without evil. Humans cannot live in total peace or total war. There needs to be a middle ground, which is where I would be.

I'd start a new religion and make people be afraid of God, so they couldn't love Him. And I'd tell them that he damns people to hell eternally if they don't follow this new religion. And I'd be sure to tell them to go bathe in the blood of God's pure and good son, Jesus, because God put him here to die for them. I'd tell them that God, as Jesus' father, felt the need to sacrifice His son-- to His own Self-- so that He (God) could forgive everyone for their sins of forgetting Him. Obviously He (God) was limited and powerless to forgive people unless He allowed His own son to be murdered as a blood sacrifice.... to Himself, don't forget. That would make people wonder about an all-loving Father, wouldn't it?
I'd also delete such concepts as reincarnation and karma from the Bible so people could blame God, rather than their own karma, for allowing bad things to happen to people--- Or maybe they could say that I, the Devil, did all the bad things, therefore proving I am more powerful than God. Clearly, He can't control me or stop my will from happening. I am way too strong, and God is really having a helluva time trying to defeat me....poor old guy.
Oh wait--- damn!---that religion has already been invented.
Well, back to the old drawing board... I KNOW!--- jihad!!!

I would deceive the world into believing there is no God, no Savior and no heaven. No need to worship the one true God.

If that didn't work, I would deceive the world into believing there are many gods. Pick one and worship him or her.

If that didn't work, I would deceive the world into believing that government is really god and you can trust your government for all your needs.

If that didn't work, I would deceive the world into believing you are a god and need nothing else.

And in the end, I would deceive everyone else into believing that I am the true savior of the world. Worship me.

That gives me plenty of opportunities to take the masses with me to the lake of fire.

I'd open a bowling alley. At the bar I'd have a fine selection of Belgian ales, and I would try to serve more than just the usual line of greasy crap food. So it'd be an upscale bowling alley. And we would have cosmic bowling whenever the hell I felt like it!
