Cut a lemon in four pieces. Place 3 or them inside the cavity. Squeeze one piece over the chicken and roast. You can also use an orange.

You could brine it in a solution of water, salt, brown sugar and lemon in the fridge for a day. You just keep it immersed in all of the above ingrediants, then cook it plain. It will be really juicey but not have all the crazy other flavors. And it wont be very salty. The salt just helps the water get into the chicken while its brining. Good luck!

Whole chicken - roast at a low temp over an hour

Breast chicken - seal both sides at a high temp in a frying pan then reduce the heat and cook slowly for about 15minutes and cook it in either olive oil or butter

Good luck

i'm not a huge fan of bitter melon - they say that's an gained style yet interior the 25 years of living i've got executed... I nonetheless hate it. because of the fact the call shows, that's truly bitter, such as you have bitten right into a panadol pill. i don't truly know any seasonings to propose for the bitter melon - yet i know that maximum Malay stalls in Singapore might have a tendency to stiry fry it somewhat purely. i think of its many times with some tumeric or curry powder... and from time to time they wreck and egg and combine it in besides. Pumpkin is going properly with cumin i come across - by some skill the nuttiness of the cumin seed seems to compliment it. i comprehend it is not Asian sounding, yet i actually truly like blending honey, olive oil and wholegrain mustard with any salad with pumpkin in it. Mmmmm...

I do mine in the microwave. How long depends on size & whether it is defrosted or not. Be sure to cover it. It also helps to grease your dish first (makes it easier to clean). I cook it in 10 min. increments, checking it each time. It always comes out very juicy & tender. Make sure it is completely done & leave in microwave for 1 or 2 min. before serving. Sometimes I put celery &/or onion in the cavity. It is yummy either way. Enjoy.

Probably on the grill. If you want to add something that doesn't add too much salt, try marinating it in some beer mixed with parsley, garlic, and basalmic vinaigrette.
