I met a guy about 6 months ago and we've been flirting a lot, and talking on msn all the time, and he sent me txt messages randomly in the middle of the night, and he calls me, and he says that he loves my company, and today he said he likes me! But he's such a big flirt and today he was flirting with my co-worker right in front of me and asked her to accompany him to class! What should I do? Should I confront him and ask him what does he want from me? I'm scared to do that because I think he'll freak out and he'll just stop talking to me...

When he says he likes you, and you see him flirting with a co-worker, it's not a bad idea to ask him what he means by saying that he likes you. Don't be scared to get some clarification if you need it. You deserve that.

That's not as confrontational as "What do you want from me?"
He might stop talking to you if you corner him with that, because it makes it more difficult for him to gracefully step back if he needs to. Think in terms of improving communication, not complicating the communication you already have.

I found it interesting that the two of you are flirting, yet you call him 'the big flirt'. What about you? If he's flirting with your friend, he may not be interested in you anymore. Maybe he wanted to move beyond flirting but found you unresponsive, so he's moving on. He won't drop you, he still enjoys the playing. But if you want to keep him, talk to him.

Confront him cautiously! Dont go overboard, watch what you say to him. Ask him out on a date, or ask him to come back to your house and have some coffee! If he cares about you, he wont say no! Unless he is busy, he will probably tell you but, you need to make sure he is being completely honest with you!

He's basically keeping his options open. You should do the same. Don't confront him, yea it will freak him out. I say flirt back with him, and HIS friends!!!!!! Confidence is everything and if you ooze confidence it will attract him (and his friends lol) more...
