I have very strange symptoms for about a year now. they are frequent dizziness, headaches, a squeezing in the head which feels like theres alot of pressure inside my head. pain that radiates down the left side of my face from my head. my head will involuntarily twitch or move real quick. Its getting worse that I get this squeezing, feeling more frequently now. I also have been getting memory problems and problems understanding things like I used to. my speech is also worse as I stutter more and can't think of what to say as quickly. I don't have high blood pressure and I'm only 18

Personally I think it sounds like you have something in you head that's out of whack so I'd get out and see a quack... here's the short version:

I have epilepsy so I need to take anti-convulsant medication that will adjust chemical levels in my brain to control my nervous system. I believe it was tegretol that caused me to develop symptoms that seem very similar to what you are describing.

I had been takin tegretol and depakote for about 1 year, I've been on a lot of different stuff. After a while I realize this headache I have had for a week is not going away. Horrible headache so I call the doc, neurologist. He says it is not uncommon for anyone to get migraines.

Headache lasts for 3 weeks. One day I wake up get ready to go to work and off I go, I keep having to urinate all morning. Lunch time rolls around but I am not hungry at all so I don't need to get something to eat, why do I keep pissing so much?

Get back to my apartment then I begin to realize something is wrong here. I have not eaten all day yet I am not hungry. Whenever I drink anything I have to go to the bathroom in about 1 minute and then the urine comes out clear. Something is terribly wrong.

I get nervous so I call 9-1-1. They get there and almost scold me for calling emergency help when it looks like I do not need it since I am standing at the door when they come. I had been feeling really short of breath so I stood up to get more air. They tell me that my insurance has to pay for the ride anyways even if I don't get it after I called so I go to the hospital, yay.

I get in the emergency room and looks like I am about the last person they need to take care of. They just sit me on a table and suck some blood to measure why the hell I think it's an emergency. Good now they'll tell me if I am hyper or what.

Oh my, I didn't take my medicine yet? Take my pills and 15 minutes later they come back up, puke on the emergecy room floor. They lay me down and come back with the blood tests. Sodium levels in my blood are dangerously low. Next thing I know I wake up in a much nicer bed with a window outside where I can see the sun. I was at the emergency room when it was dark outside.

I had a complex seizure in the emergency room. Had to lay in the hospital with an i-v stuck in my arm for 3 days for them to balance out the chemicals in my blood. With the sodium being that low I would have died if I went to sleep in my apartment that night.

Don't ignore this, please.

Get to the doctor as soon as possible what you are describing are symptoms of an aneurysm or a tumor. It could also be a couple of other things but it is better to be safe then sorry.

How do you know you don't have high blood pressure?

Your symptoms suggest something seriously wrong. You need to see a doctor and tell them your symptoms.

Good luck.

I'm thinking you should go see your doctor.

Like, right now.
Drop everything and go.

Or get someone to drive you if your problems may interfere with driving.

Get a CAT scan ASAP. Could be a bleed? Could be virtigo? Could be tumor
