i recieve disability for my panic/anxiety disorder. the forms require atleast six months or more of uninterupted attacks.

You need a doctor to work that out and if they find you are not fit to work or what ever it may be they can give you a written form stating it for you to claim disability pay or what ever it is you are seeking but this evaluation isn't that simple are you still able to get it if you are medicated? or are things still too hard? you need to go to a doctor and be evaluated and you must have tried treatment and such first, it's not as simple as it looks

It can be caused genetically or due to an injury.
The only way to be sure you are impaired is to have a psychiatrist check you out, if you have a problem there are many medications to help.

You need to be properly diagnosed with a mental disablitiy by a professional. Are you debilitated due to your illness? Are your functions impaired?

Run down the street naked!! I think you have to be clinically diagnosed by a psychiatrist first.
