where can I buy a cable tidy for a wall mounted LCD?

I have 3 round cables and 2 flat ones. The flat ones measure 1.1/4" (30mm). The only ones I can seem to find cater for only 2-3 round cables in a spiral

Was in Empire Direct in Derby the other week and they had a cable tidy that fitted to the wall -
