Put it in a ziplock bag without any other packaging, then put it in the sink and fill sink with lukewarm water. As fast as the microwave and you don't run any risk of cooking it by accident.

keep it in its package and put it in a pot, then fill the pot with COLD water, then allow the faucet to run on a very low stream to maintain the circulation. This will take about a half hour to hour. YOu dont wanna use warm water cause it promotes bacteria growth, and the microwave can cook the edges of the meat. Watch goodeats on the foodnetwork

Either in a microwave or in a Ziploc bag in a pan in warm water. It's easy to tell how thawed it is if you want to cut thin slices before it's warmed too much. The half frozen deal is more for beef as chicken is used in chunks.

I wouldnt propose it, you would possibly want to get heavily ill! Its ideal to easily throw that away. You unthawed it already, so in must have accumulated micro organism, and once you saved it interior the freezer, you gave it time to maintain the micro organism. THEN once you unthawed it a 2d time you gave it more desirable.

You can put it in the microwave, on defrost. . Or just run it under cold water. This will still take a few hours to thaw, but faster than just in the fridge.

The microwave on the defrost setting is your best bet. Is it boneless chicken? Does it need to be cut? If so, I find frozen, boneless chicken easier to cut up than fresh. Less slippery!! Good luck!

I'm always using the microwave's auto defrost mode to defrost chicken and it's not cooked it yet.

put it in a sink full of water. make sure that the water is running and the drain is open enough not to over flow.
