I have mixed hair (Black and White). Products such as shampoos, conditoners, leave-ins etc. Right now I am using Cantu but it is not for curly hair (I think). I don't know if I am using the right products for my hair type. I want something that will define my curls and mosturize them. Thanks!!

I had an analogous project. My hair textile cabinet advised me to end brushing my hair. She advised me to easily use an fairly huge the enamel comb or use my hands. She advised me to end blow drying my hair. She additionally advised me to apply Paul Mitchell's extra suitable Moisturizing Shampoo, Conditioner, leave in Conditioner, and Gloss Drops. I had my hair decrease and observed her orders. guess what I actual have long suitable curly hair lower back. that's extra attainable now because of the fact it has not been fried by chemical ingredients, warm irons, and blow driers.

Try the stuff in the neon green bottles. The Fruitis stuff. It makes your hair smell really good too. You could also try La Bella hair gel. Put it in your hair when you get out of the shower, brush it, and let it dry. It makes your curls REALLY bounce. It gets distracting when you can sit there and pull the curl out and then watch it boing. :-P

I have the same hair as you from what you're describing. Queen Helena's intesive conditioners are great, I swear by it, keeps your hair shiny, bouncy and curly. For the best products you need to make sure you're going to places that specialise in black hair products. Also stay away from products that contain alcohol, it dries out hair like ours. Hope that helps a bit.

Ouidad makes all sorts of products for different kinds of curly hair, you should check them out. It's all high-quality without being ridiculously expensive (although it's not cheap, either).
