eating so much
ok well eating small snacks through out the day is the healthiest thing you can do
don't skip a meal cause you'll binge yourself on the next and your body will store fat when its hungry
don't eat large portions - simply just don't buy large portions of food - think before you order something on the menu - eat slowly cause youll feel yourself getting full instead of the painful full feeling after youve over eaten
get excercise and a nutritionist if this is becoming a problem

try to put your mind on other things....like a hobby or excercise....try reading....but its easier than it sounds....overeating sometimes happends for more than one reason.....good luck
