if you are going to have two W2's,then does it required both of them to file your tax return. OR the w2 which has year end deduction details would be enough to file tax return.

You'll get a W-2 from each employer, and you need to add them together to get your total taxable wages as well as your taxes withheld.

As a side note, employers in the US do not obtain employees' confidential financial information from any other employer specifically because it is confidential. Add to that the number of jobs someone can have at any given time and you have a lot of detail to keep track of in order to have a single W-2 to cover one employee who may have had 5-10 jobs over the course of a year. I've done payroll for many years and the thought of keeping track of all that will give me nightmares tonight, lol.

You need both of them. Unlike the UK, the information from one employer is not carried over to the new one.
