If you want to gain weight increase you carbs., plain and simple. Eat alot of pastas and breads. Increase your protiens at the same time as protiens is what you need to build muscle. If you are looking to gain as much as you can as fast as you can and don't mind a little belly fat eat a romain noodle soup before bed every night. you will be surprised at how fast you will add the weight. But be carefull and stay in shape at the same time!!!
