Consider this...most people are looking for the 'best' questions on y/a, whether they are asking or answering. What does finding a great question accomplish? Or should I ask, what should the ideal question accomplish? Is there such a thing as the 'perfect' question' or series of 'perfect' questions?

well! I'm smiling!

"Questions" answer questions!
Because for now we don't know
what the ANSWER is!
Again and again you try aiming at the mark
but every new question fired
is hoping to leave its mark

It is how you question! the mark left in the mind
that will decide your direction
for if you ask the right question of your answer
then in the right direction will you go!

Found I have that any question
can be answered with a question
that will take on its own direction
depending on what the mind knows
then the wisdom grows

It is the "purpose" that you seek,
a purpose so to speak of questions
answering questions moving closer
to the goal, then each question will answer
lighting the path we seek!

Finding a great question could change your life. Asking a great question can help you with your quest. Keep searching for the one - why else has God brought you to this forum?

I believe the 'ideal question' should accomplish this: it (1) makes you think about what you know, (2) it opens new paths and possibilities, (3) it reminds you that you are not alone - and your not crazy, (4) and it can connect you with people you would have had absolutely no way of meeting just 10 years ago.

Now that's the power of a good ideal question.

An ideal question as well as an ideal answer benefits the mind. I am more than sure that many on this forum, have bettered their English as well as their thinking ability.

There's a point to make by a mass of people on this site, some may differ and some might agree, i believe that the only stupid question is the one that hasn't been asked.

The "best" questions are the ones that make me smile, or make me think. If a question can do both of those things, then it is a "perfect" question.
The "best" answers are those that come from the heart. I also like answers that make me think,and/or make me smile.

Have a nice day:-)

The ideal answer should be what the person asking wants to really hear. You see, they know "their" answer all along they just want someone else to confirm it.

A mystery of mysteries. Will the quest ever be complete? Answers lead to new questions and questions lead to new horizons. Change leads to growth and growth leads to more change.

A truly "great" question deserves a "great" answer. Some times to answer a "great" question takes years to have the "great" answer to, but as you "know" it is worth it. The worst thing is to just "believe" whats told as "truth". "and it makes me wonder".

The ones that open my mind and make me smile and remind me I'm not alone in this world are what I'm looking for every day.

I care not about "best" questions or answers.
I care only about sharing the Truth of God with those who are sincecely seeking it.....
and to offset the lies and pervered attacks against my God and His Truth.
